Nice to meet you!
Welcome, friend! I'm Sami!
I am the owner of pale & peach. Our family operates a micro flower farm from our apartment in North Tonawanda, just north of Buffalo NY.

Urban farming was truly not my first choice in how I wanted to farm, but happiness certainly was taking priority. We focus on the good in our household.
My partner and I both work full time corporate jobs and I've always felt I needed to branch out to grow into the person I needed to be. Of course, with raising our 3 VERY busy children, attending school conferences, band practices, soccer, basketball and appointments.. lets face it, there isn't much time for anything else. And we certainly don't live in an area where farmland is easy to come by, though one day we will make that jump and we hope this project gets us there!

I figured I would get a jumpstart on my happiness. So with a new perspective on growth, I started planting on a larger scale a few years ago and have never looked back. No, we do not have 14 acres and tractors- we have a backyard and 400 dahlias, 200 zinnias and a whole lot of ambition.
Before we knew it, we were providing bunches of dahlias for our community at our flower stand out front. We've supplied buckets of flowers for events, florists, and have been taking custom orders for 2 years now.

Please know that I enjoy each part of growing, cutting, packing and shipping each of your orders. The hustle and bustle of doing something I love makes me feel like I am consistently moving in the right direction as both a person, as well as a small business owner.
Thank you for being here along the way.

Supporting our small business means supporting our family.
