2025 Spring TUBER shipping window is mid March to mid April.

 

We cannot alter your shipping date once it has been sent.

We live in Western New York, please allow for some wiggle room in the event of a snowstorm- we will NOT ship your tubers in a snowstorm. 

 

Do we offer local pickup? Yes we certainly do! Be sure to select local pickup at checkout!

 

IF A VARIETY IS LIMITE ONE- PLEASE RESPECT THAT POLICY

 

We do our very best to ensure everyone gets a fair chance at growing some really beautiful varieties. If you purchase more than one of each limited variety per household, per season, we will have to cancel your entire order, and we really don't want to do that! 

DO WE OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?

Yes, we do! :) 

At checkout you can select the option for LOCAL PICKUP and I will get in touch when your order is ready.

 

 

 

VIRUS: As of now, we cannot offer a virus free guarantee. We practice strict sanitization between plants and cull any plant that is not meeting my expectations. In the future, we plan to submit for testing; However our tiny operation cannot support those high costs at this time. 

The science and statistics speak for themselves- even with testing- we need to remember that virus is all around us. Your entire field could test clean on a Monday, and pee dirty on a Tuesday because a pack of microscopic insects got a little hangry. 

We give our plants a little extra lovin' to see them thrive. If they aren't thriving- we aren't keepin'. This is a risk all of us take while buying/trading/selling tubers.

I do my absolute best to inspect each and every plant to the best of my abilities- I am not a scientist nor a virologist. I'm just Sami, trying her hardest to provide you guys with healthy plants that you can cut, share, propagate, and enjoy!

 

GUARANTEE

We guarantee that the tubers/cuttings you receive will be true to variety with no signs of disease upon packaging. Each tuber will be inspected multiple times while packing your order to ensure accuracy and eyes. Once these babies leave my house, they're in the hands of USPS God. Pale & Peach will not be held responsible for loss of product due to *presprouting* for cuttings, poor weather conditions, storage conditions or mishandling.

 

If your bloom is not true to purchase- please send me an email at THEPALEANDPEACH@GMAIL.COM and we can work together for a replacement or refund.

Once an order is placed, it CAN NOT be altered or cancelled.

-If for some reason we do not have an item you ordered- you will be notified by email and issued a refund for the unavailable item. We will NOT refund or cancel your entire order for one missing product.

Please inspect your tubers within 48 hours of delivery. You MUST contact me within 48 hours of delivery to share your concerns for the integrity of your tubers. Please include your order number and any photos of the tubers in question. 

Pale & Peach is not liable for any further compensation beyond a refund for the purchase price of your tubers or cuttings.

 

Remember- Tubers come in many shapes and sizes- we do not guarantee size/shape/cuteness of our tubers. Please visit our 'What to Expect' page under READ FIRST tab. Some are ginormous- some are itty bitty. We love them all!
