All tubers purchased during our SPRING sale will be shipped before the end of APRIL.

We are located just outside Buffalo, NY- because of this, we ask for your patience in the event of a snowstorm. We will NOT ship your tubers out during a snowstorm.

We do not combine shipping at this time.

Once an order is placed, it CANNOT be altered or cancelled.

Please make sure to provide an accurate email upon checkout. Tracking information will be provided to all of our customers via email. 

We kindly ask that you do not email us about when your order will be shipped, we will not be able to respond to those emails consistently-- we have never shipped anything out late, and never would, without full disclosure and reason.

You MUST contact me within 48 hours of delivery to share your concerns for the integrity of your tubers. Please include your order number and any photos of the tubers in question.
