All tubers purchased during our FALL sale will be shipped before the end of NOVEMBER.

(Heat Packs will be available as add-ons if requested after an order is placed)

We are located just outside Buffalo, NY- because of this, we ask for your patience in the event of a snowstorm. We will NOT ship your tubers out during a snowstorm.

We will be combining shipping costs.

Once an order is placed, it CANNOT be altered or cancelled.

Please make sure to provide an accurate email upon checkout. Tracking information will be provided to all of our customers via email. 

We kindly ask that you do not email us about when your order will be shipped, we will not be able to respond to those emails consistently-- we have never shipped anything out late, and never would, without full disclosure and reason.

You MUST contact me within 48 hours of delivery to share your concerns for the integrity of your tubers. Please include your order number and any photos of the tubers in question.
