IF YOU WOULD LIKE A HEAT PACK ADDED TO YOUR ORDER- PLEASE EMAIL US AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER, WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THE SUBJECT LINE

We have never once had a shipment freeze, however we cannot be held responsible for your tubers baking or freezing in transit, whether you choose a heat pack or not. 

Please, please, please keep an eye on your weather and use your best judgement.

We are located just outside Buffalo, NY- because of this, we ask for your patience in the event of a snowstorm. We will NOT ship your tubers out during a snowstorm.

 

**Please note--- Richard and I are also in the process of planning and preparing for our wedding the first week in December, so we are asking for some safe grace while shipping for the month of November.**

We do not combine shipping at this time.

Once an order is placed, it CANNOT be altered or cancelled.

Please make sure to provide an accurate email upon checkout. Tracking information will be provided to all of our customers via email. 

We kindly ask that you do not email us about when your order will be shipped, we will ship out within 2 weeks of your order.

You MUST contact me within 48 hours of delivery to share your concerns for the integrity of your tubers. Please include your order number and any photos of the tubers in question.
